Parent/Guardian Worker Exchange Program
If a parent or guardian was assigned a job at a meet and is unable to attend, they must try to arrange for a substitute. If they do not show up to work at a meet and do not get a substitute, the parent or guardian will give up the escrow check given at registration.
The board is aware that sometimes it may be difficult getting subs. We set up this web page as a resource for parents to list days they need subs and/or days parents would like to switch for.
My husband, Greg, was asked to help work the BBQ for the concession job.
There are 3 swim meets (June 15, June 19, and June 24) which are going to
be problematic.
Is there someone else doing BBQ with whom he could possibly switch dates?
I cannot really "fill in" for him as we have a 4-year-old
daughter as well who I will need to care for.
